1. Inquiry & Consultation
Share your event or floral vision through the inquiry form, and we’ll schedule a discovery consultation—via phone or video call—to explore your aesthetic, color palette, and the mood you wish to create.
2. Concept & Design
From inspiration images and your personal style, I develop a cohesive floral concept, including color palette, moodboard, and design direction. This stage, which takes approximately one week, merges creativity and composition—the heart of creative floral design—to ensure your florals feel deeply personal and artfully intentional.
3. Proposal & Investment
You’ll receive a custom proposal outlining design elements, delivery or installation details, and a transparent investment range. Optional enhancements—such as specialty vessels, large-scale installations, or floral trials—can be included as needed.
4. Agreement & Scheduling
Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed agreement and retainer reserve your date, and the detailed planning process begins. This ensures your design receives the focus and artistry it deserves.
5. Refinement & Coordination
As your date approaches, I curate florals to execute your vision and coordinate logistics with venues, planners, or brand partners. Every arrangement and timeline detail is carefully aligned to deliver a seamless experience.
6. Creation & Installation
On the day of your event—or your first delivery—each floral composition is crafted with precision and heart. From large-scale installations to intimate arrangements, every bloom reflects the essence of artistic floral design: movement, emotion, and harmony. While every detail is cared for, you’re invited to fully enjoy your day!
7. Continued Service & Connection
Following your event or delivery, I stay connected to ensure your experience feels complete. For ongoing subscriptions, designs evolve seasonally to offer you fresh beauty and inspiration year-round.

For weddings, booking 6–12 months in advance ensures availability and allows time for thoughtful concept development and premium flower sourcing. For smaller events or collaborations, 4–6 weeks’ notice is ideal.

Yes. Because every design is bespoke, I take on a limited number of projects each year and never double-book event dates. This ensures I can be fully present for each client’s special event and oversee the entire process.
Weddings: Begin at $7300, with final proposals tailored by scope, design complexity, and seasonality.
Events & Brand Activations: Custom pricing based on scale and design complexity.

Yes. While I’m based in Sioux Falls and Boston, I love creating in new environments and am available for destination weddings and events across the Midwest, the East Coast (especially New England and Cape Cod), and beyond.

Working with nature means embracing its beautiful unpredictability. If a particular bloom is unavailable, I’ll thoughtfully substitute with complementary flowers that maintain the intended texture, tone, and emotion of your design.

Yes. I offer a curated collection of vessels, pedestals, candles, and design accents to complement your overall aesthetic and floral presentation.

To secure your date, a signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are required. The remaining balance is due two months (or as listed on the contract) prior to your event. Once booked, your date is fully reserved and placed on my creative calendar.
